Spotlight on Brasserie Knot in the March 25 Tap Update

Craft Beer Scissors Akihabara's latest post introduced six new Brasserie Knot beers all at once. The focus this time is a gentle drinking profile and a wide range of ingredient expression.

The post highlights the mild ale KOURO, the session IPA HARBOR with collaborative elements from TY Harbor Brewery, the IPA NORA brewed with ancient wheat and rye, the schwarzbier YONAGI with a light roast character, YAMASACHI made with Hokkaido-grown grapes "Yamasachi," and the West Coast-style IPA WIND. A lineup that spans this much range from a single brewery makes for a highly satisfying tasting comparison.

The Day's Taps Span Japan and Abroad

That day's tap list also included Vita Amara (WAR×unica), BANK IPA (CRAFT BANK), Mukaino no Sakura (Johana Beer), Mugicha Bitter (Minoh Beer), #B-IPA (Swan Lake Beer), Hoya Boya (Black Tide Brewing), Eclipse 2024 -Garrison Brothers Bourbon (Fifty Fifty Brewing), Kyara (COEDO Brewery), Elf's Mischief (G-BRAND BEERES×Y.Y.G Brewing), Cabernet Ale (Shiroyama Brewery), and Feel Your Monster (Jungle Juice).

Being able to choose from classic IPAs, smoky and roast styles, barrel-aged beers, and beers using Japanese ingredients and domestic raw materials all from one counter is this shop's strength. In the Akihabara area, it's a beer pub that fits a night when you want to enjoy things step by step, from lighter to heavier, depending on your mood.

According to the announcement, the venue was open until 10 p.m. For anyone wanting to slowly work through a few glasses in a calm atmosphere midway through the week, this update is one to check out.
