At the beer pub MOONRISE KINGDOM in Sky MURA 1F, Nishi-Shinjuku 6-chome, guest beer information for Wednesday, March 25 was released.

This time’s headliner is "PLANNED CHANCE" (DDH IPA) from GORA BREWERY, making its first appearance at the shop. In the post, it is introduced as a beer with double dry-hopping using six hop varieties, layering bright citrus freshness, sweet berry-like nuances, and a piney aroma. In addition, it has the distinction of winning Silver in the IPA category at the JAPAN GREAT BEER AWARDS 2026, making it a tap not to miss for anyone who wants to fully enjoy hop character.

The bottles come in three varieties from Kagawa-based OHLOY brewing.

- HIMAALOY (Lager)
- Seki (West Coast IPA)
- Luv (Sour Ale w/ Raspberry)

With a lineup that spans lager, WCIPA, and a raspberry sour ale, the selection makes it easy to choose based on your mood that day.

On the food side, the menu prominently features spring seafood options, including carpaccio in a ceviche style made with fresh fish, and the post also highlights how well these dishes pair with IPA and pilsner. In addition, house-made basil pasta, quesadillas, and garlic shrimp are among the dishes that go well with beer, which is typical of the shop. With three domestic draft taps plus about 30 overseas craft bottles, it offers enough depth to build pairings from the first drink to the last.

For a spring evening in Nishi-Shinjuku when you want to calmly enjoy both guest taps and food, this is business information worth checking out.
