Taiwan food and VERTERE beer in Tachikawa

VERTERE Tachikawa Taproom in Tokyo will welcome sanpocyu for a special pop-up event on September 22. The couple, who are based in western Tokyo and work to share Taiwanese culture through pop-up events, will return to the taproom for their second appearance.

The food menu will focus on Taiwanese dishes designed to pair well with beer. The individual dishes had not been announced at the time of publication, but the event offers a chance to enjoy Taiwanese flavors together with craft beer brewed by VERTERE. The taproom’s beer lineup can be ordered during the event, although specific beer names and styles were not listed in the announcement.

The event runs from 12:00 to 22:00, with last orders at 21:30. Food service begins at 13:00. The food menu is limited in quantity and will end once sold out, making an early visit advisable for guests who want to try the Taiwanese dishes.

Located in Shibasaki-cho, Tachikawa, VERTERE Tachikawa Taproom is a brewpub where guests can enjoy the brewery’s beers in a relaxed taproom setting. The pop-up food and beer are paid for separately; food payments can be made in cash or via PayPay.
