In the March 6 post released by Sakazuki Brewing, the brewery presented a wide-ranging tap lineup of 15 beers, from Bohemian Pilsner to Imperial Stout. The configuration stands out as a very weekend-appropriate lineup that lets guests enjoy everything from classic styles to more distinctive ones at the same time.

This time, the post title was "\"Comeback\" Popular Menu Items." In the body, the brewery said that, in addition to spring-like new offerings, dishes that received a strong response last week would be brought back, suggesting that it is focusing not only on beer but also on the overall food-and-beer experience.

What beer fans will especially want to watch is the new release born from the "original beer brewing right" triggered by the 10th-anniversary lottery project. The chosen style is "Tankan Ale." Using tankan, a citrus fruit harvested in Okinawa and Kagoshima from February to March, the brewery aims to express its rich sweetness and mandarin orange-like character without losing the beer's identity. The post reported that staff and customers worked together to prep the fruit and that a juicer was also brought in as brewing moved forward.

The planned release is from mid- to late April. In addition, a 10th-anniversary event is scheduled for March 20 to 22 across the Brewing, Taproom, and Lab locations. As befits an anniversary month, March is shaping up into a flow where daily tap updates and limited releases are linked together, making it a moment worth watching for anyone following craft beer in Tokyo.
