A brewery pub shaped in Kitasenju
Sakaduki Brewing opened in Kitasenju in 2016. Its founder studied microbiology in graduate school and later worked in brewing at a major beer company before striking out on her own. The brewery moved to its current location in 2020, while the former site continues as Sakaduki Lab. The brewery pub is known for serving original beers brewed on-site alongside food, in a setting close to everyday neighborhood life.
Built around free enjoyment
The post also emphasized the brewery's focus on seasonality, food pairing, and a wide range of styles that invite casual visits. Beer names such as "Tsuki no Sakazuki" and "Kogetsu" show the brewery's distinctive sense of naming as well.
