June 20 tap list
Chiitoko Shoten, a beer pub in Shimosuwa, Nagano, announced its hours for Saturday, June 20 as 10:00 to 22:00. The post invites guests to stop by for tea or beer at a relaxed pace, which fits the shop’s mix of dagashi, coffee, and craft beer under one roof.
The new tap for the day was Minoh Beer’s Hoppy Weizen. It is part of a recurring series brewed with different hop varieties. This release is described as having tropical notes, white-grape-like aroma, the banana character typical of a weizen, a gentle spice tone, and a soft wheat-driven mouthfeel.
The `Today's Beer` lineup also featured Minoh Beer’s Kozaru IPA (4.5%), Field Ales’ Hardboiled~well boiled pale ale~ (5.5%), Y.Market Brewing’s NEW Onigashima IX (8.0%), and Minoh Beer’s Hoppy Weizen (5.0%). The range covers IPA, pale ale, a stronger ale, and a weizen, making the lineup easy to approach for a first pint or a comparison flight.
What makes Chiitoko Shoten notable is the balance between a nostalgic dagashi shop atmosphere and a serious craft-beer pub. In one stop, visitors can pair beer with sweets or coffee and settle into the quiet rhythm of a neighborhood shop.
