Three New Be Easy Brewing Releases Arrive at Izuya Shoten

Three beers have arrived at Izuya Shoten in Nakanobu, Shinagawa Ward, from Be Easy Brewing in Hirosaki, Aomori Prefecture. In a post, they were introduced as new arrivals on April 3, and the lineup fits the store's style, offering not only counter sales but also a paid tasting format where customers can check the flavor on-site.

The three new arrivals range from the bright character of hops to the depth of malt. The standout is "DANDAN DDH HAZY IPA", a first collaboration with DD4D. Using a new yeast called "Pineapple Passion," it is said to feature tropical, fruity aromas, a fruit-smoothie-like mouthfeel, and a crisp finish.

Also new is "CHAPE Hazy Pale Ale," designed with drinkability in mind. It is presented as a beer that keeps ABV modest while balancing solid flavor with the hazy style's character. And "Magic Spell Tohoku RED ALE" is a red ale brewed with WHC Lab's "High Voltage" yeast for the first time, with clean fermentation bringing out the malt and hop character.

In addition to its selection as a liquor store, Izuya Shoten's appeal is that craft beer can also be enjoyed inside the shop. Located in a corner of the Ebaramachi shopping street, it is a place beer fans will want to remember, whether they are choosing a bottle for home or comparing pours on the spot.
