The headline here is the bar's third original beer, scheduled to tap on Sunday, July 12. It is a collaboration with And Beer in Katsunuma, Yamanashi, and the beer is called Azarashi Pilsner. According to the bar, the recipe was first brewed when the owner used to work at And Beer, and this release is a lightly refreshed version of that beer. The goal is a crisp, easy-drinking pilsner suited to summer.
Nekoto Azarashi also runs a happy hour from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., with 100 yen off all beers. On release day, Azarashi Pilsner will also be 100 yen off. With Mitaka Station's south exit only a short walk away, it is an easy stop for a quick pint or a longer beer-and-food session.
