March 29 at Mukuraf

In its March 29 notice, Mukuraf, the beer pub in Shinohashi, Koto Ward, Tokyo, said, "There are no new beers on tap today." Even so, the bottle beer lineup is substantial, making it a good fit for people who want to take their time drinking on a spring weekend. Last entry is 8:00 p.m.

Bottle Beers for the Day

The lineup for the day made the differences in each brewery’s character easy to see.

- WestCoastBrewing: `Alive`, `Slow Motion`, `McKenzie Pils`
- GreenNeighbors: `LA FRANCE`, `KYOUKA 響果`, `SOUR TOKI ver`, `KOGYOKU SINGLE`
- VERTERE: `Passiflora#47`, `10th Grape Sour`, `Clusia`, `Tillia`
- GOODHOPS: `Sorachi Ace Respect`, `Season of Lupulin`, `Motueka Respect`, `Aozora Hops`, `Tono no Ibuki`
- Sierra Nevada: `Cosmic Little Thing`, `Pils`
- TWO RABBITS: `Nue HOPJUICE`

From hop-forward IPA styles to fruit-driven sours, and even pilsners and Belgian quads, the selection lets you compare each beer’s personality glass by glass, which is part of the fun. Even without any new taps, the breadth of options makes it an appealing place.

A Place to Enjoy with Food

As a beer pub, Mukuraf also has a strong food lineup. Alongside dishes such as corn mousse, bruschetta with fruit tomatoes, horse-meat tartare, and liver cutlets, it also offers homemade pudding and sweets. Guests are also welcome to come in just to buy bottle beers, making it easy to use whether your goal is drinking or eating.

If you want a relaxed drink around Morishita on a spring weekend, Mukuraf is one spot worth checking for both its bottle selection and its food.
