Minoh Beer is represented by “STOUT” from Osaka and “Osaru IPA” from Scotland. The list is rounded out by Kirin Beer’s “Heartland,” a pilsner-style lager. Together, the taps cover hazy and bitter hop-forward beers, darker malt-driven options, a herbaceous saison and a crisp lager.
Food recommendations include chilled corn blancmange, garlic cheese macaroni, Mao-style spare ribs, homemade roasted sweet potato with Parmigiano and salt, popcorn with fragrant shrimp mayonnaise, low-temperature potato chips, rare cutlet, fig caramelized with vanilla ice cream, pear and carrot rabe, and nougat glacé served with biscuits.
