Eight taps at NEIGHBOR

NEIGHBOR’s latest lineup stands out for its range of styles. Ushitora Brewery’s “#996 Bohemi Pils” is a 5% Bohemian Pilsner with a clean, refreshing profile that works well as a first pour or alongside food.

For something more distinctive, Himitsu Beer’s “VS” is a 6.5% Soba Ale with a character inspired by soba. NUDE BEER’s “KOUN” is a 5% fruit ale with spices, offering a fruit-forward option with added aromatic complexity.

The darker selection includes Bighand Bros.Beer’s “Chiastolite,” a 3.3% Dark Mild that delivers roasty malt character at a relatively modest strength. Hop-focused drinkers can choose between NOMCRAFT BREWING’s 7% American IPA “Dandy Crocodile” and NORTHERN BREW’s 6% Hazy IPA “ABIRA OATS HAZY.”

The tap list also includes Green Neighbors Hard Cider’s “CLEAR YELLOW” and “CLEAR RED,” both 7% modern ciders. Together, the lineup gives guests plenty of room to move from crisp and refreshing pours to darker malt-driven beers and aromatic IPAs.
