Beer lineup
- HOLA / 4.5% / Mexican Lager
First poured for the anniversary party. It is described as a bright, crisp Mexican Lager built around masa powder from the tacos and the fresh green character of sudachi.
- Snooze / 5% / Summer Lager
A light, refreshing lager with white-grape and herbal notes, plus a firm bitter finish.
- Umee / 4.5% / Sour Ale w/Ume
A sour ale made with Nanko plums from Chigasaki and red shiso. Fruity, mineral-driven, and a little wine-like in character.
- Passific IPA / 6% / IPA
Balanced between tropical fruit and grassy hops, with juicy depth and a solid bitterness.
- Wald / 5.5% / Schwarz
A black lager with chocolate and coffee-like roasted malt aromas, finishing clean and dry.
Barchie's Spareribs Factory is a food-driven Kamakura spot where ribs, tacos, and beer fit naturally together. With HOLA opening early and the rest of the Passific lineup spanning lager, sour, IPA, and schwarz, the party should offer a broad snapshot of the brewery's range.
