April Business Schedule

Choryo Brew Park (Koryo Town, Kitakatsuragi District, Nara Prefecture) has announced its April business schedule, featuring "Sakura Week," "Sakura Festival," and "A Gathering to Enjoy Tsuyuhakaze: "Tasting Session Edition."" The post explains that on weekdays, tap beer, sake, and food can be enjoyed in a format close to regular service, while on weekends the venue switches to special outdoor-focused service centered on the lawn.

Sakura Week Runs from April 1 to 8

From Wednesday, April 1 to Wednesday, April 8, the venue will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Food last order is at 4:00 p.m., and drink last order is at 4:30 p.m. During this period, guests can enjoy tap beer, sake, and food from any seat they like, making it a special setup suited to cherry blossom season.

On Wednesday, April 1 only, a collaboration project with Hashi Haro called "Choryo Quest" is also planned. There will also be a Choryo quiz event, and prizes will be prepared for those who answer all questions correctly.

The Weekend Brings the Sakura Festival

On Saturday, April 5 and Sunday, April 6, the "Sakura Festival" will be held. Doors open at 10:30 a.m., with sales starting at 11:00 a.m., and the operation will focus mainly on the outdoor area. In addition to tap beer, a special outdoor sake booth will also appear. Along with light food service, food trucks will also be present, making it a highlight that visitors can spread out a leisure sheet on the grass and enjoy flower viewing.

Merchandise will include Choryo's signature sake and goods, seasonal limited items, and products available only during this Sakura Week. On some days, local specialty products are also planned to be sold, creating an experience that offers not only drinking but also shopping. Live performances are also scheduled.

April 25: Tsuyuhakaze Tasting Session

On Saturday, April 25, a participatory seminar titled "A Gathering to Enjoy Tsuyuhakaze: "Tasting Session Edition"" will be held, centered on Tsuyuhakaze, a sake rice variety unique to Nara Prefecture. Applications are now being accepted for the tasting session edition, where participants can compare Japanese sakes made with Tsuyuhakaze and check how the flavor changes depending on differences in the rice and brewing process.

Although the post does not specify individual beer labels, it says that the spring Brew Park will offer many limited-edition sake and beers. With cherry blossoms along the Takadagawa River as a backdrop, it is the perfect season to enjoy a drink while spending time on the grass. It is also easy to access, just an 8-minute walk from Hashio Station, and admission is free, making it an easy place to stop by casually.
