The appeal as a brewpub

Choryo Brew Park is a facility with a taproom and shop on the first floor, a dining space on the second floor, and a lawn area in front. On its official website, it keeps seven craft beer taps and three sake taps on offer, along with tasting sets. The beer lineup is updated around core offerings such as lager, saison that makes use of acidity derived from white koji, IPA, and limited brews, so there is reason to visit alongside the monthly events.

During Golden Week, it is open until 8:30 p.m., and one of its defining features is the chance to enjoy a drink in the lantern-lit atmosphere after dusk. Being close to the Takada River's cherry blossom-lined avenue as well, it looks set to be another lively month in May for a brewpub where you can take in the seasonal atmosphere.
