Two Seasonal Limited Beers

At Maihama Jibeer Kobo Roti’s House Ikspiari, two seasonal limited beers are being offered: "Kaoruko ~West Coast Pilsner~" and "Japanesque." Both are built around freshness, making their individual characteristics easy to compare side by side.

- "Kaoruko ~West Coast Pilsner~" is a West Coast Pilsner brewed as a single-hop beer with "Nectaron." It is characterized by a bright aroma reminiscent of passion fruit and citrus, along with a pleasant bitterness and a crisp, easy-drinking finish.
- "Japanesque" is a fruit sparkling beverage fermented and aged with an ale made using Yuzu from Shonan and kumquats from the Seto Inland Sea, then supplemented with juice from yuzu, kabosu, and sudachi. It is a seasonal brew with citrus aroma and tartness at the forefront.

How to Enjoy the Shop

The shop is a beer pub located in Chef’s Row on the 4th floor of Ikspiari, just steps from JR Maihama Station. Since you can also enjoy Maihama craft beer "Harvest Moon" inside the store, the appeal is that you can sample a wide range of local brewery flavors along with these two limited offerings.

Business hours are 11:00 to 23:00, with last orders at 22:30. It is easy to stop by after shopping or dining at Ikspiari, and it works well whether you just want one quick drink or want to take your time comparing beers. If you want to enjoy a sharp hop profile, choose "Kaoruko"; if you are after a flavor layered with citrus nuances, "Japanesque" is the one to watch. With two beers offering different directions, it is easy to choose based on your mood that day.
