Beer Pub Kirigirisu taps two Ushitora beers, COEDO Kyara, and Ise Kadoya Imperial Red
Beer Pub Kirigirisu in Takashimadaira, Itabashi Ward, Tokyo, released its tap list for March 31. Two beers from Ushitora Brewery, COEDO's "Kyara," Ise Kadoya Beer’s Imperial Red Ale, and KIRIN's Heartland are on the lineup, creating a mix of craft and standard offerings all at once.
Tokyo's Beer Pub Kirigirisu in Takashimadaira, Itabashi Ward, posted "ON TAP TODAY" at 17:01 on March 31.
The business hours that day were 18:00 opening, 23:00 closing, with last orders at 22:20. New guests were accepted until 22:00, and the shop also asked people to refrain from visiting while heavily intoxicated or wearing strong perfume, suggesting a calm setting for savoring beer at a leisurely pace.
There were five draft beers. The lineup was:
- Popopopo~ta~
- Kyara-Kyara-
- Favorite IPA
- Imperial Red Ale
- Heartland
The selection paired four craft beers with the familiar Heartland.
By comparing the hop character in "Popopopo~ta~" and "Favorite IPA," checking the malty balance in COEDO's "Kyara," and enjoying the solid body of Ise Kadoya Beer’s Imperial Red Ale, it would be easy to build a tasting order. Finish with Heartland, and the transition to a meal or a lingering drink comes naturally.
True to form for a beer pub, the shop also mentioned light fare such as #pizza and #baked cheese curry, making it suitable for both solo drinking and dining. It is one place worth checking out in the Takashimadaira area when you want to enjoy the day's draft beers exactly as they are.
