At NEIGHBOR craftbeer&grill in Nogata, Nakano Ward, Tokyo, the tap lineup was refreshed at the start of the week. In the post, the venue announced “two beers now on tap,” with Akita Akraba Beer's Weizen and BURNT MILL BREWERY's Red IPA newly added.

New on Tap

- Akita Akraba Beer Akita Ginjo Beer / Weizen (5%)
Characterized by a bright, fruity aroma derived from sake ginjo yeast. It has a slightly hazy, full-bodied character, yet remains easy to pair with food.
- BURNT MILL BREWERY Crimson Highway / Red IPA (5.5%)
A Red IPA with a ruby-colored body, layered with malt notes reminiscent of biscuits and toffee, along with classic aromas from Simcoe and Chinook hops. It is described as having a roasted character and firm bitterness.

Today’s on Tap

The current lineup consists of eight taps in total. In addition to the two beers above, the selection includes Shiga Kogen Beer Porter, Gangi Brewing WILY FOX / Dunkel, BURNT MILL BREWERY Diamond Lake / West Coast Pale Ale, CRAFTROCK BREWING Jam Session 2 / Fruit Session IPA, Gangi Brewing ZESTER / Session IPA, and FLORA FERMENTATION Waldschrat / Schwarz Weizen.

For food, the recommendations include a dish pairing genovese pasta with freshly boiled shirasu, along with white potato salad, homemade lamb and harissa sausage, tuna carpaccio, and jerk chicken rice. True to a place centered on grilled dishes and craft beer, the menu is structured so that diners can choose easily between lighter Weizens and more bitter Red IPAs to match their meal.

NEIGHBOR is a beer pub in the Nogata Station area, and the post also notes business hours starting at 17:00. It is the kind of place that suits people who want to follow tap changes while enjoying a meal.
