Sakazuki Brewing, a brewery pub in Kitasenju, Adachi, Tokyo, opened in 2016 and continues to work from an attached brewhouse. In its latest post, the brewery shared the tap lineup for August 16 and a few notes on what is coming next.

August 16 taps

The roster spans 16 beers and shows a wide range of styles: `shy girl` (Bohemian pilsner), `Hibi Dantan` (American pale ale), `KIBISHI?` no `Shoki-Vaizen`? Not needed. Better to keep the original names as posted: `Shy Girl`, `Hibi Dantan`, `Komorebi`, `Shoki-...`? No, the Japanese titles are part of the brewery's naming, so the post leans on them as proper names. The lineup also includes a saison with mugwort, a German schwarzbier, a hazy IPA, an American IPA, and a peanut-chocolate milk stout.

Fruit and spice-driven beers are part of the mix as well. The post highlights a sour ale with fully ripened Nanko plums, a tangerine-and-pale-ale blend, a Tosa buntan and IPA combination, and a passionfruit-and-tequila ale. Other entries, including `Pink Boots Collab. Brew -蒼-` and `FUKAYOMI`, add more depth to the board.

`after the rain` is already close to selling out and is being served only on the second floor. There are no beer-release or food-pairing events this week; the next one is scheduled for September 2. The brewery also says it is making its annual peach beer again, this time as a white peach and rosemary ale planned for September 2.

For a Kitasenju brewery pub, the post does what the best tap-list updates do: it shows both the everyday range and the seasonal edges of the house lineup in one snapshot.
