BEER & MUSIC Cafe Raisindou in Ibaraki, Osaka, announced that it would open early at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 11. True to its beer-and-music identity, the shop highlighted a wide-ranging draft selection for the day, starting with a new tap from BLACK TIDE BREWING and moving through beers from Iwate, Osaka, the Czech Republic, and SUNTORY.

The lineup listed for the day included BLACK TIDE BREWING’s `#491 Kesennuma Pride ver. 12.1 : IPA`, Baeren’s `Ihatov no Umi : Salty Lager` and `Classic : Dortmunder`, Dot Crimson Brewing’s `Dot Crimson 147 Rice Ale : Rice Ale`, Minoh Beer’s `Hoppy Weizen : Weizen`, draft Pilsner Urquell, and SUNTORY’s `Kaoru Ale : Ale`. Two more beers were marked as coming soon: Baeren’s `Kabosu Radler : Radler` and SAPPORO BEER’s `SORACHI 1984 : Pilsner`.

What stands out is the range of styles. There is a citrusy, dank IPA, a salt-tinged lager, a gentle rice ale, a hop-boosted weizen, a classic pilsner, and a fragrance-driven ale, making it easy for drinkers to choose according to mood. The food menu adds more reason to stay: Hokkaido herring marinade, a saba sandwich, house-made oil sardines, smoked items including fish paste from Nagasaki, zangi, and house-made pickles. It is the kind of place where beer variety and a relaxed pub-cafe atmosphere naturally meet.
