A "BLACK TIDE BREWING TAP TAKEOVER" will be held at Minna no Craft Beer Bar Ryogoku/Kuramae (Ishihara, Sumida City, Tokyo) on Saturday, April 4 from 14:00 to 23:00. An Instagram post says Tanji from BTB is scheduled to stop by around 16:00, and depending on the energy in the shop, a rock-paper-scissors contest is also planned.

There will be six taps on the day. Centered on Black Tide Brewing, the lineup ranges widely from beers with Tohoku-inspired motifs to hop-forward IPAs, easy-drinking IPLs, and fruity saisons. The lineup is as follows.

- Kesennuma Pride / Black Tide Brewing / IPA
- Pray for 3.11 / Black Tide Brewing / West Coast IPA
- Tohoku Pride / Black Tide Brewing / IPL
- Hazy Celebration / U.B.P Brewing / Hazy DIPA
- Heaven’s Age / Black Tide Brewing / Milky Hazy IPA
- Sakura / Black Tide Brewing / Fruited Saison

Black Tide Brewing is a brewery in Kesennuma, Miyagi, and the core of this event will be IPA and Hazy IPA styles. With a West Coast IPA and an IPL added to the mix, the tasting lineup makes it easy to compare aroma, bitterness, and body. The addition of U.B.P Brewing's Hazy DIPA also gives plenty of impact for anyone seeking a dense hop character.

The venue is a beer pub in the Ryogoku/Kuramae area, and its defining feature is its regular tap takeovers. It is a space a short walk from the station, well suited to settling in and working through several glasses. This time, with Black Tide Brewing at the center, you can also choose spring-like fruity saisons, making it easy to build a flavor progression from the first glass to the last. It is a good fit not only for Black Tide Brewing fans, but also for anyone who wants to drink through IPA and Hazy styles in one go.
