Black IPA 'Lunafase' has arrived

In a June 23 post, GROW BREW HOUSE announced the release of its Black IPA, 'Lunafase.' The beer is described as a layered brew built with no subtraction in flavor: roasty and smoky malt notes, bright fruity hop aromas, and the sweetness of crystal malt all pushing forward together.

The post also frames it as something closer to an old-school American IPA from about a decade ago. In other words, this is not a timid dark beer. It sounds like a Black IPA that still invites another sip after the first glass is gone.

Meat Day Burger on June 26-27

The brewery also announced its regular Meat Day Burger for June 26 and 27. According to the post, a better-than-usual cut of beef will be delivered from a Wagyu supplier, and the burger will be built around hand-chopped, chunky meat patties.

GROW BREW HOUSE is a brewery pub attached to its own production space, so the distance between brewer, beer, and food is intentionally small. That close-up atmosphere is part of the appeal: you can talk beer, ask about the brew, and drink directly at the source.

Four house beers on tap

The tap list shared in the post includes:

- Against Day / Dark Lager / 5%
- NK.GOLD / Helles / 4.5%
- R122 / IPA / 8.5%
- Luciole / Sake Brut Ale / 5.5%

The lineup spans from a light Helles to a strong IPA and a sake-inspired brut ale, making it easy to pair with food or compare styles side by side. With Lunafase in the spotlight and burgers on the grill, it should be a solid weekend for drinkers who like both malt depth and food-friendly brewing.
