Beer O'clock taps Minoh Beer's "Stout" and "COLD IPA"
At Beer O'clock, a beer pub in Fujimi, Chiba, Minoh Beer's "Stout" and Noroshi Brewing's "COLD IPA" have arrived as new taps. An event themed around Belgian beer is also planned for April 11, along with a notice about the shop's operating hours.
Two New TAPs at Beer O'clock
Beer O'clock, a beer pub in Fujimi, Chuo Ward, Chiba City, announced its new tap lineup in a post on April 7. The two additions are Minoh Beer's "Stout" and Noroshi Brewing's "COLD IPA".
#### Minoh Beer "Stout"
A stout that combines roasted malt flavors reminiscent of coffee and bitter chocolate with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. In the post, it is introduced as Minoh Beer's flagship black beer, created in pursuit of one you can keep drinking again and again, and as a World Beer Cup 2025 Gold Award winner.
#### Noroshi Brewing "COLD IPA"
This is a Cold IPA brewed using new rice grown by Irie Farm and Koike, a member of the Noroshi Brewing staff. It is presented as a glass with a subtle smoky character born from the process of cooking the rice over direct heat in a rice cooker, combining the lightness and dry finish derived from rice with layered hop aroma.
The post also announced that on April 11, it will host "Kin Ki Goto's Belgian Beer Weekend." Beer O'clock is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 12:00-22:30, Friday and Saturday from 12:00-23:30, and Sunday and holidays from 12:00-22:00, with Wednesdays closed. In the Chiba Station area, it looks set to draw attention again as a place where you can comfortably enjoy craft beer with a meal.
