Six taps

BEER&CRAFT, a beer pub located about a minute on foot from Meitetsu Gifu Station, shared its latest six-tap lineup. Three of the beers are new on tap, and the selection covers a wide range of styles: a spice saison, a West Coast IPA, a TDH hazy IPA, a milky ale, a rice-based session IPA, and a cold IPA.

Featured beers

- ZHENDAN 震旦 SAISON / FARMENTRY
A Spice Saison brewed with Chinese spices, offering a bright and layered aromatic profile.
- Analog Glow / West Coast Brewing
A West Coast IPA with dank pine and resin notes, plus lemon and grapefruit-like citrus character.
- ONENESS -DOLCITA- / TAROS BREWING
A TDH Hazy IPA centered on vibrant, fruity hop aromatics.
- NICO / FARMENTRY
A Milky Ale with a soft, creamy mouthfeel, ginger-like nuance, and gentle sweetness.
- ALPINE WAVES / NOMCRAFT BREWING
A Rice Cold Session IPA with a light, dry, easy-drinking finish.
- MINAZUKI IPA COLD / FARMENTRY
A crisp Cold IPA that looks especially fitting for warm weather.

The tap list works well for both a quick stop and a tasting round, thanks to the venue's easy-access location and the clear contrast between aromatic hop-driven beers and lighter, lower-ABV options. It is the kind of lineup that invites comparison across styles rather than pushing a single direction.
