On May 19, Shimbashi DRY-DOCK's Instagram announced the "keg-drained prize" for Asahi Super Dry 19L kegs, along with a rotation in guest beers. Located under the JR elevated tracks, the shop is set up with standing room on the first floor and table seating on the second, making it easy to use either for a quick drink after work or for settling in and spending some time over drinks.

The post announced a campaign in which anyone who drains an Asahi Super Dry 19L keg receives three random coasters from the past. The campaign runs from May 18 to June 18, and the shop is encouraging customers to "drink lots of Super Dry and come drain a keg yourself."

For the guest beer, Shonan Beer's Schwarz has been newly tapped. In addition, Miyazaki Hideji Beer's Shinkan Pale Ale has been described as something that will "probably run out soon," creating a lineup that lets drinkers appreciate both the calm, roasty character of a dark beer and the aroma of a pale ale. This is very much the kind of place Shimbashi DRY-DOCK is: a spot where you can drink around a standard lager while keeping an eye on the changing guest kegs.

Just a short walk from Shimbashi Station, Shimbashi DRY-DOCK's appeal is that you can move between craft-oriented guest beers and the familiar Super Dry. It's the kind of place you want to visit to see which beer is currently in the best condition while following the turnover of the kegs.
