Camado Brewery HAKOFUNE, the brewpub in Kamado-cho, Mizunami, Gifu, has announced its weekly lineup for June 26-28. The shop will be open on Friday, June 26 from 18:00 to 22:00, on Saturday, June 27 from 12:00 to 17:00 before a private event, and on Sunday, June 28 from 12:00 to 19:00. As a brewery-adjacent taproom, it offers a chance to follow the brewery’s beers as they change week by week.

This week's tap list

- ① try Scottish Ale / 4.0%
- ② Ex. Schwarz / 5.0%
- ③ Basara Mizunami Ale / Lemon Saison / 5.0%
- ④ Kiln Ash / West Coast IPA / 6.0%
- ⑤ OFF BELAY Hazy Pale Ale / 5.0%
- ⑥ Baker’s Brew #0 Prologue (barrel-aged version) / barrel-aged bread yeast Belgian tripel / 10.0%

Once the first beer, "try Scottish Ale," runs out, the tap will switch to "YURU," a trial red tea red ale. The brewery describes it as using Earl Grey, with bergamot citrus aroma layered over malty toastiness, designed to stay light and easy to drink. Another change is planned after "Kiln Ash" kicks: "Escape the Routine / West Coast IPA / 6.0%" will follow, giving hop-focused drinkers another beer to look forward to.

The range is broad, moving from a clean schwarzbier and lemon saison to a hazy pale ale and a barrel-aged Belgian tripel. For beer drinkers who like to compare styles side by side, the lineup offers clear differences in aroma, bitterness, and finish.

Saturday, June 27 also includes a birthday gathering for June-born guests, and the bar notes that celebratory drink bottles are allowed on that day only. Food will include freshly baked pizza made with Kamado bread. On Sunday, June 28, the team will also appear at the Kome to Mugi Festival 2026 in Kyoto, making this a busy week both inside and outside the taproom.
