Novoru Brewing tap takeover set for Craft Beer & Cuisine oasis in Nakameguro, Aug. 15-16
Craft Beer & Cuisine oasis in Nakameguro will host a two-day Novoru Brewing tap takeover on Aug. 15-16. The event includes a support campaign, 10 beers on tap, and a special food menu built around Kumamoto and Miyazaki ingredients.
Craft Beer & Cuisine oasis, a brewpub in Nakameguro, will host a Novoru Brewing tap takeover from Saturday, Aug. 15 through Sunday, Aug. 16. The event is themed around support for areas affected by the Kumamoto earthquake, with 100 yen from each Novoru Brewing beer sold during the two-day run being donated. A donation box will also be placed at the counter.
Novoru Brewing is a brewery in Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture, known for beers built around West Coast IPA, Hazy IPA, and pale ale, alongside Belgian styles and stout. The lineup at oasis will feature 10 beers:

- Warau [West Coast IPA]
- AsobeⅡ [TDH Hazy Pale Ale]
- Hiraku [DDH Hazy IPA]
- Hashagu [Belgian IPA]
- Tagiru [West Coast Pale Ale]

- Saboru [Coffee IPA]
- Nova 2026 [Imperial Stout w/ Vanilla]
The food menu will also be limited to Kumamoto and Miyazaki ingredients, including Kumamoto wagyu tartare with balsamic sauce, chicken nanban, carpaccio of Miyazaki miyadai sea bream and hebesu citrus, bruschetta with Kumamoto fig and white liver mousse, oven-baked red eggplant, tofu miso pickle with melba toast, and flamed Ares melon from Kumamoto with vanilla ice cream. It is a beer-forward event that pairs a broad tap list with regional food in a compact neighborhood brewpub setting.
