An IPA-led lineup in Takashimadaira

Beer Pub Kirigirisu is a small beer pub in Takashimadaira with counter seats and tables, built for relaxed, beer-first drinking. The food board showed some sold-out items, but the kitchen still offered beer-friendly plates such as Cajun chicken with grilled scallions served in a skillet.

The post points to four beers, all tied to IPA territory in one way or another.

- Lime-Laced Brut IPA (Ushitora Brewery)
Listed as a tap beer at 7% ABV, it was described as light on the palate, with lime character playing a clear role.
- Punk IPA (BrewDog)
A familiar beer in bottles and cans, but presented here on draft, which makes it a noteworthy pour for anyone who usually meets it in package form.
- SCHLENKERLA RAUCH BIER Marzen (Heller brewery)
It appeared on the bottle list, but was out of stock at the time of the post. Its inclusion still shows the bar's range beyond hop-forward beers.
- Incredible Pedal IPA (Denver Beer Co.)
Chosen as the replacement bottle/can beer, it kept the night firmly in IPA territory.

Kirigirisu looks like the kind of place where the beer list itself is the main draw: a neighborhood beer pub with enough variety to make a stop in Takashimadaira worthwhile, especially if you want to compare domestic and imported IPAs in a compact, unfussy setting. The venue's scale also makes it easy to focus on each glass, rather than the room around it.
