Beer O'Clock adds Harvest Moon tap and AJB big-bottle pour
In a July 19 post, Beer O'Clock in Chiba highlighted its all-day hours from 12:00 to 22:00 and introduced a new tap pour of Harvest Moon's Grapefruit Ale, plus AJB's Foeder Sour vintage 2024 by the glass. The post also noted a Crisp! return on August 2.
Beer O'Clock is a craft beer pub in Fujimi, Chiba City. In its July 19 post, the bar announced its Sunday all-day service and updated its draft and bottle lineup.
New tap
- Harvest Moon "Grapefruit Ale"
- A Fruit Ale at 6.0% ABV. The beer is brewed with grapefruit juice added during fermentation, giving it bright grapefruit acidity and bitterness. Citrus notes from American hops further lift the fruit character.
Big bottle by the glass
- AJB "Foeder Sour vintage 2024"
- A Foeder Aged Sour at 5.0% ABV. It finishes dry and crisp, with soft oak character layered over citrus-like acidity and a rounded malt presence. It looks like a beer built for slow sipping.
Beer O'Clock remains a practical stop for craft beer in the Fujimi area. On all-day service days, it is easy to drop in from lunch through the evening, and the mix of a fruit-forward tap and a barrel-influenced sour gives drinkers two very different styles to compare. The post also mentioned that Crisp! will return on Sunday, August 2 at 15:00, adding another reason to keep an eye on the pub's schedule.
