The new release from Bordie's Good Beer in Tokyo's Chuo Ward is the farmhouse ale 'Less is More.' Rather than going for flashiness, it is presented as a beer that puts clean drinkability and crispness front and center, designed to suit the early summer heat and the rainy season.

Beer Highlights

- Style: Farm House Ale
- ABV: 5.0%
- IBU: 38
- SRM: 4

In brewing, the beer is built on a dry, brisk drinking profile, with wheat and rye adding a slight fullness, while using only noble hops. By carefully adjusting hop additions and timing to create the foundation of the flavor, and by fine-tuning fermentation conditions, the brewer says they brought out a farmhouse-like aroma in a beer that remains light.

Another major highlight of this release is the can design. The label, created by artist MIHO MURAKAMI, is tied to her 15th anniversary solo exhibition, 'INSTINCT,' creating a connection not only to the beer itself but also to her wider artistic world. The exhibition is being held at JOINT AROUND the CORNER from May 13 to 19. This move by the Tokyo Chuo Ward brewery, which layers beer and art together in its messaging, leaves an impression both in the flavor design and in the presentation.

The beer is also available through the online store listed by Bordie's Good Beer, making it a noteworthy new release to pick up as the seasons change.
