A collaboration connecting coffee and beer
DD4D BREWING, based in Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture, has announced a collaboration beer with Fukuoka coffee shop NO COFFEE. The release date is May 9, 2026, and in addition to cans and draft, limited-edition goods reflecting the worldview of both brands will also be available.
Two varieties will be introduced this time. One is NO BEER (N.O.-kun Ver.), a Coffee Sour Ale that uses lightly roasted beans as an accent. It is designed to combine the aroma of coffee, the gentle acidity derived from lactic fermentation, and the soft flavor of malt, and has an alcohol content of 5.0%. The other is NO BEER (Shiofi-chan Ver.), crafted as a Ginger Lemon West Coast IPA. It combines citrus hops with Setouchi lemon and ginger, and has an alcohol content of 6.5%.
DD4D BREWING was founded in 2019 and is a craft beer maker based in Matsuyama. Beyond creating distinctive beers, it has also focused on expression through apparel and merchandise. For this collaboration as well, it will offer not only canned beer but also T-shirts, glasses, rug mats, acrylic goods, and more, linking the drinking experience with everyday products.
Sales will take place through the official DD4D BREWING online store, the DD4D BREWING & CLOTHING STORE, retail locations nationwide, and also at NO COFFEE TENJIN PARK. This is a collaboration worth watching as it lets people enjoy both coffee and beer while moving back and forth between the cultures of each.
