Dazaifu Brewery is located in the Tenmangu Shrine approach area in Dazaifu. It has offered craft beer in the atmosphere of a tourist destination and has developed a lineup that emphasizes local character, including its standard beers "Tenjin Daikichi Ale," "Tenjin IPA," and "Tenjin Ume Ale." This latest serving at Sakaba Sasa gives another place to enjoy a seasonal beer that makes use of sake lees, a local ingredient.

It can be enjoyed as a drink while strolling the shrine approach in Dazaifu, or compared across different venues. In the Fukuoka craft beer scene, it is worth watching as an effort that connects the region's sake culture and beer culture.
