The 7th anniversary beer "mix" arrives

The Nishikawaguchi brewpub GROW BREW HOUSE has released a new beer, "mix", to celebrate its 7th anniversary. The style is Milk Shake IPA, with an alcohol content of 7%. Built on a soft sweetness from generous use of lactose and a sweet-tart character from lactic-acid-producing yeast, it is finished with fruity hop aromas, and the post describes it as tasting like a "fruit au lait." The addition of banana and coconut as hidden accents gives it a personality unlike anything else.

The taps also feature a lineup that shows a wide range of flavors. Amanatsu Wheat Lager is a Fruits Wheat Lager at 4%, a light and lively beer that highlights fruitiness. Letter is a Cacao Milk Porter at 8%, making its cocoa-driven roastiness and milky roundness easy to imagine. Onajihanashi is a Barley Wine at 9%, promising a hearty drinking experience. In addition, Leith Walk IPA is a relatively low-ABV IPA also introduced on the brewery's website, with grapefruit-like aromas and bitterness as its defining traits. BIG BRIDGE IPA is positioned as a classic malty American IPA.

GROW BREW HOUSE is known as a brewpub in the Kawaguchi/Nishikawaguchi area where you can enjoy house-brewed beer alongside food. It is a place best appreciated not only for the individuality of each beer, but also for how well it pairs with meals. The post also announces upcoming appearances at "Pizza Of Grow" on April 11 and 12 and at the "Sakuratown Beer Fest" on April 25, 26, and 29. At this 7th anniversary milestone, it is the perfect time to sample a tap list that pushes sweetness, acidity, aroma, and bitterness in different directions.
