BEER & MUSIC Cafe Raisindou in Ibaraki, Osaka, shared its July 3 draft-beer update and announced one new tap for the day: Baeren Brewing's limited release Ihatobu no Umi : Salty Lager.

The lineup also includes Baeren Brewing's Classic : Dortmunder from Morioka, Iwate; Dot Crimson Brewing's Dot Crimson 147 Rice Ale; REPUBREW's COASTAL CRUSH HAZY IPA; Minoh Beer’s Hoppy Weizen; draft Pilsner Urquell; and SAPPORO BEER's SORACHI 1984. A coming-soon keg was also noted: Baeren Brewing's Kabozu Radler.

Raisindou is more than a beer stop. The food menu listed alongside the taps includes saba sandwiches, eisbein, house-made oil sardines, a range of smoked items, potato salad, sauerkraut-style cabbage, homemade pickles, and olive marinades. Heavier options such as zangi, fries, meat-topped pizza, and ragout tagliatelle are also available.

Opening hours are from 5:00 p.m. to around 10:30 p.m., with food last order at 9:00 p.m. and drinks at 10:00 p.m. The combination of music, beer, and a broad tap list makes it a practical stop for drinkers who want to compare lager, wheat beer, and hazy IPA in one visit.
