At Brasserie SOMA (Kokura Brewing) in Uomachi, Kokurakita Ward, Kitakyushu, a guest beer called Kyoryo Saison has appeared. In its Instagram post, the shop introduced it as a "New Beer" and noted that the beer from @kokurabrewing was now on tap.

Brasserie SOMA is the only brewpub in Kokura with an on-site brewing facility. Fresh beer and food are the draw here, and the tanks at the back of the shop make the place feel like a true working brewpub. Set near the north entrance of Tanga Market, it is the kind of spot where a lunch pint or a dinner pairing fits naturally.

The post also highlighted a rare Sunday opening, something that only happens a few times a year. For August, the shop said it would stay open through the Obon period from 8/7 to 8/15, close only for lunch on 8/12, and be closed on 8/16. Regular hours in the post were listed as 11:30-13:30 for lunch and 17:00-22:00 for evening service.

Brasserie SOMA has long focused on beer that works with food and, when possible, ingredients with a local connection. Kyoryo Saison fits that setting well: a fresh tap arrival to drink inside a market-side brewpub built around pairing, timing, and small-batch character.
