BEER & MUSIC Cafe Raisindou in Ibaraki, Osaka, announced an early opening for Saturday, June 20. Hours are listed from around 4:00 p.m. to around 10:00 p.m., with last entry at 9:00 p.m. Food last order is 9:00 p.m. (pizza and pasta at 8:30 p.m.), and drinks last order is 9:30 p.m.

Draft lineup

The day’s draft selection features six beers. The headline pour is Isekadoya Beer’s limited release `Mr.DANK : DDH West Coast IPA`, a 7.0% IPA described as offering strong dank aromatics with berry, tropical fruit, and a hint of diesel character.

Other beers on tap include `AKIRA 囃子 : Märzenbier` from Hopkotan Brewing, a malty Märzen; `N クラシック : Dortmunder` from Baeren Bier, a more approachable take on the brewery’s classic; and `パッションエール : Fruit Wheat Ale` from Iwate Kura Beer, known for tropical fruit aroma and acidity. The lineup also includes draft Pilsner Urquell and `SORACHI 1984 : Pilsner` from SAPPORO BEER.

Food pairing

The food menu includes eisbein, homemade oil sardines, smoked kamaboko, zangi, potato fries, pizza, and tagliatelle with ragù sauce. The lineup makes it easy to pair lagers with meat dishes and smoked items, while IPAs work well with fried food and richer plates.

Coming next

The post also previews upcoming taps such as Baeren Bier’s `Kabosu Radler` and `Ihatove no Umi : Salty Lager`, suggesting even more variety to come. The mix of beer, food, and music reflects Raisindou’s identity as a neighborhood beer pub built around draft beer culture.
