The beer pub "Yokohama Bay Brewing Yokohama Front Store" in the Yokohama Station area has announced its weekend program. This time’s food event is scallop-broth salt ramen. In the post, it is introduced as a bowl that draws out the umami of scallops and combines it with chicken broth and low-temperature-cooked chashu.

The venue’s appeal is its substantial tap lineup, which can be enjoyed alongside the food program. In this post, 22 of the 24 taps were revealed, ranging widely from Yokohama Bay Brewing’s core offerings to more limited selections. Notably, in addition to signature beers such as "Bay Pilsner," "Bay Amber," "Bay Dark," and "Bay Weiss," there is also a hoppy lineup including "Pedaling For IPA," "GOOOOOAAAAAL IPA," and "Mellow Walk IPA."

Guest beers include "Haru no Kimagure," "Mariko" (Kyoto Brewing), "Space Pop Mosaic" (UCHU BREWING), and also "Pilsner Urquell" on tap. From clean lagers to wheat beers and IPAs, the range is broad, making it easy to try pairings with the ramen.

The location is the 2nd floor of THE YOKOHAMA FRONT, 1-41 Tsuruyacho, Kanagawa Ward, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. For anyone who wants to enjoy a "food event + tap crawl" all at once on the weekend, this is the kind of place with a very clear reason to stop by.
