New arrivals from Atsumi Peninsula Brewing
Craft beer pub Tsumugi in Minami-Kashiwa has announced a new shipment of canned beers from Atsumi Peninsula Brewing, based in Tahara, Aichi. This is the first time Tsumugi has carried beers from the brewery. The post announces four cans in total, with three beers described in detail.
WEKA is a 6.5% Classic IPA built around a traditional American IPA profile. Caramel malt brings depth to the malt character, while a generous amount of American hops contributes pronounced aroma and bitterness.
ROSA is a 7.5% Oat Cream Hazy IPA. A generous amount of oats creates a smooth, thick mouthfeel, while New Zealand hops provide the aromatic core. Motueka is blended with three other hop varieties and used in a double-dry-hopping process for added depth.
OTAUTAU is a 7.0% Hazy IPA made with the yeast as a central element rather than focusing solely on hops. The beer uses Imperial Yeast from the United States and is presented as a hazy IPA designed to highlight yeast character.
From a substantial classic IPA to rich, soft-textured hazy beers, the new arrivals offer several distinct directions within modern craft brewing. Visitors to Tsumugi can check the current availability at the pub on the second floor of Minami-Kashiwa Building in Minami-Kashiwa, Kashiwa.
