Nomcraft Juso Taproom announces May's Wa no Mugi Beer Festival and 7th anniversary plans
The brewpub "Nomcraft Juso Taproom" in Osaka's Juso district has released its May operating calendar and event schedule. In addition to the Wa no Mugi Beer Festival on May 2 and NOMCRAFT's 7th anniversary on May 16, the tap list for the day is also being announced.

Hop BroExactly. The theme is an event centered on sake yeast. When the yeast character changes, the aroma and flavor become much more Japanese-style, and even though it's beer, it can bring out a rice-like feel and a fuller body.
