Tap List for Sept. 6

15brewery in Hayama, Kanagawa is currently operating as a take-home sales only brewery, with no standing drinking service. In the post, the brewery announced its tap lineup for Sunday, Sept. 6, with business hours listed as 14:00-18:30. Visitors are asked to bring a sealed bottle, a carbonated PET bottle, or a screw-cap glass bottle for filling.

The day’s lineup features five beers:

- No no Soko
- Stout
- Raw Red Ale
- Don-jo Ale (Summer Mandarin Ale)
- Raw Hazy IPA

Among them, No no Soko is built on a wheat-forward base with orange peel, coriander seed, chamomile, clove, lime from Owase in Mie, and honey from Hachigoya in Nagai, Yokosuka. The result is described as a beer with layered sweetness, acidity, and spice.

Stout is presented as a deeply rich, black beer. Raw Red Ale uses a Raw Ale method without boiling the wort, emphasizing malt depth and aroma.

The fruit beer, Don-jo Ale, uses summer mandarin from Hayama’s Royal Fruits and is described as bright and refreshing. Raw Hazy IPA also uses the Raw Ale method, with citrus and pine notes from hops plus moderate bitterness. Both of these beers incorporate baguette from Miura Pan-ya Mitsumugi as part of the ingredients.

The tap list reflects 15brewery’s local approach: Hayama-grown character, ingredient-driven brewing, and a wide range from Belgian-style beer to stout, Raw Ale, fruit beer, and IPA. For drinkers who prefer taking beer home and tasting it slowly, this is the kind of lineup worth noting.
