On Friday, May 15, Antonbee Ryudocho Branch was open from 17:00 to 24:00 and had 11 draft beers on tap. Food was served until 23:00, and drinks until 23:30. As a beer pub in the basement of Roppongi, it was the kind of place where you could stop in after work and easily compare several styles.

That day's drafts were Brasserie Knot's `Bird`, YOKOHAMA Bay's `Freedom` and `YUZU Weiss`, Prairie's `Merica Y'all`, Zeraia's `Euskal Sagardoa2024`, 8bit's `Maria Tart : Phantom Stronghold`, Wolf of Willows' `IPA`, Revision's `DIPA`, COEDO's `RURI`, Ushitora's `Cho, Latte Yo!`, and Deschutes' `Black Butte Porter`. Spanning pale ale, WC pils, hazy IPA, cider, sour, IPA, DIPA, pilsner, coffee amber, and porter, it was a lineup that made it easy to build a sequence from something light to something more substantial.

On the food side, two items made with new onions from Shiroko in Chiba Prefecture appeared: `New Onion Steak` and `New Onion and Dried Shrimp Marinade`. With snacks centered on the sweetness of the new onions, they paired easily without getting in the way of the draft beers' flavors. Whether you came to drink or to snack lightly, it was an evening that clearly reflected the shop's stance of 'casually enjoying beer and cider.'
