Food Suggestions
As weekend specials, the brewery introduced "Seafood Dashi Shrimp and Egg Fried Rice" made with rice cooked in seafood stock, and "Spanish-Style Salad with Chickpeas and Chopped Vegetables." The first dish combines shrimp, egg, fish cake, and scallions, finished with house-made oyster oil, Shaoxing wine, and additive-free salted sauce, making it suitable both as a finishing dish and as a snack. The second has a light flavor with bell pepper and cucumber, making it easy to pair as an appetizer or palate cleanser.
Local Event and Brewery
Timed with cherry blossoms at their peak, the Adachi-based brewery offered a wide range of beer and food to match the local event. For visitors looking for a drink at the Senbon Sakura Festival grounds, having both beer variety and food options is a major draw. It was a pop-up typical of Sakazuki Brewing, which stays close to local events.
