NASU BOULDER BREWING is a distinctive brewery based inside Nasu Garden Outlet in Nasu-Shiobara, Tochigi. In its Instagram post, the brewery announced that it will appear at Tsukuba Craft Beer Fest 2026, held from October 16 to 18.
One of the brewery’s defining traits is its use of water from the Nasu mountain foothills to make beers that are easy to drink. It also produces limited releases with a more craft-beer-forward character, along with a whey beer made in partnership with a local farm. The cow in the logo represents Nasu’s dairy industry, while the ridge line on its back evokes the Nasu mountain range.
The main beer highlighted for the festival is the brewery’s flagship, Nasu desuna Pale Ale. It is described as a UK-inspired pale ale with a balanced hop aroma and bitterness, designed for a crisp, approachable finish. The post also suggests pairing it with a burger, making the serving suggestion easy to picture at the festival.
