The originals cover saison, blonde, pale ale, hazy IPA, wit, Belgian IPA, red ale, and porter, giving the lineup a wide range from a light, easy-drinking pint to a full-bodied dark beer. In particular, beers that use herbs and botanicals, such as `leaf : Saison with sage & Lemongrass` and `LAVENDER & CHAMOMILE`, give the lineup a distinctly leaf-like character.

The guest beers include Chuckanut's pilsner and Vienna lager, Ise Kadoya Beer's `Spring Whisper`, `RODENBACH CLASSIC`, and Daisen G Beer's `Imperial Stout 2023`. The appeal is being able to build a tasting flow from lager comparisons to the tart Flemish red-brown ale and on to a heavy imperial stout.

The shop is also announcing a new limited-time food item: a pizza with new potatoes, asparagus, and bacon. It is made by parboiling the potatoes, deep-frying them, and finishing them with smoked mayonnaise, and the shop says it pairs well with `BLONDE` and `Vienna Lager`. It is the kind of menu that works well when you want to focus on beer while still matching it properly with food.
