At drifter’s stand in Togoshi Ginza, Tokyo, two new beers from Totopia Brewery are now being featured: `Mailphobia`, a West Coast Lager, and `Morphobia`, a DH Sour IPA. The post presents them as two contrasting releases, one built around clarity and hop definition, the other centered on fruit character and acidity.

`Mailphobia` uses Strata CGX and Eggers Special hops. It pours with a golden, slightly hazy appearance and brings grapefruit freshness together with a dank hop edge, finishing clean and dry. The beer is positioned as a West Coast Lager with both brightness and a firm crispness.

`Morphobia` is brewed with Strata CGX and fruit additions including plum, peach, and passion fruit. Chilled and poured, it opens with vivid fruit notes, followed by a rounded tartness with a light sweetness and a bitter finish. It avoids smoothie-like heaviness and instead leans into a more distinctive sour IPA profile.

drifter’s stand is a small beer pub in Togoshi Ginza with a limited-capacity setup: up to 12 guests in the room and no more than two people per group. The atmosphere is suited to drinking at a measured pace, with an emphasis on respecting the space and the beer itself.
