Onaji Ananomujina taps Oni-Densetsu’s Kinki Strata Single Ver.
The Kobe beer pub has opened a new guest pour from Oni-Densetsu Brewery in Hokkaido: Kinki Strata Single Ver. The post highlights tropical, passion-fruit, pear, and citrus notes, plus a juicy, smooth drinking profile.
Onaji Ananomujina, a beer pub in the Nakayamate area of Kobe’s Chuo Ward, has added a guest beer from Oni-Densetsu: Kinki Strata Single Ver. In the post, the beer is described as having a tropical aroma reminiscent of passion-fruit candy from Taiwan, followed by a juicy, smooth palate and hop character that brings out sweet fruit notes similar to pear with a slightly green edge.
The specs are Pale Ale, 5.5% ABV, 40 IBU, and Strata hops. The brewery notes that it shares some traits with Mosaic, but leans into tropical fruit, citrus, and a firm bitterness in a balanced package. As the beer warms, the citrus character becomes more vivid, making it a pint worth taking time with.
Onaji Ananomujina is a Kobe beer pub where drinkers can enjoy domestic draft beer in the Sannomiya area. Its appeal lies in the way it communicates beer flavor with precision and enthusiasm. In late-summer heat, this "Kinki" looks like a beer that delivers both aromatic intensity and easy drinkability.
