Bibibi., the Daikanyama craft beer pub, introduced TOYS BREWERY from Toyohashi in its Instagram series on breweries currently on tap. Bibibi. serves domestic craft beer together with the makers' stories and describes itself as a relaxed standing bar that is easy to visit alone.

TOYS BREWERY opened in 2021 inside Toyohashi's "Mizu-Biru," a pub-and-brewery space built over an irrigation canal near Toyohashi Station. Founder Keita Ono is from Toyohashi and worked in food wholesale, opened a cafe, and later worked as a sommelier before moving into brewing. The linked note post adds more background on the brewery's launch.

The lineup is clearly style-driven. Core beers include アメリカンペールエール (American Pale Ale), インディアペールエール (India Pale Ale), セッションアメリカンウィート (Session American Wheat), オートミールスタウト (Oatmeal Stout), and アージーバージー, a hazy IPA. Seasonal releases also include トヨハシ ユズ エール, アマナツエール, and シロイチゴ サワー, all built around local ingredients. Knowing the brewery story before ordering makes the tap list easier to read.
