September 21 draft lineup

Craft Beer Spot Hathor, a beer pub in Osaka’s Kyobashi area with 16 taps, has announced its draft selection for September 21. The pub also serves house-smoked food, making the varied lineup well suited to food pairing.

The lager selection includes Sapporo Beer’s Yebisu, a 100% malt beer known for its golden color and rich finish, as well as Nobody Brewing’s The Glitch. Minoh Beer’s Momo Weizen Shimizu Hakutou ver offers a peach-forward wheat beer option.

Among the ales, Twin Peaks Mountain’s Dr. Kolsch is described as light and easy-drinking, with fruity and bready notes. Onidensetsu Beer’s Kinoni Pale Ale Real Ale ver is an American-style pale ale made with Cascade hops. Minamishinshu Beer’s 30th Pale Ale and Karl Strauss’ 37th Anniversary Golden Ale round out the ale selection. Despite its golden appearance, the anniversary beer is rich and layered, with bourbon barrel, oak, coffee, cacao, vanilla, and whiskey-like notes.

IPA choices include Revision’s limited hazy double IPA Critical Saturation, featuring stone-fruit character and a creamy body, plus Isekadoya Beer’s Nikukyu IPA Returns and Imperial Red Ale. Nikukyu IPA Returns is a dry West Coast IPA designed to pair with meat dishes, making it a natural match for Hathor’s smoked-food menu.

For dark beer fans, Daisen G Beer offers Imperial Stout 2023 and Imperial Stout 2025. With styles ranging from a light Kölsch to high-strength imperial stout, Hathor’s September 21 tap list offers plenty of room for tasting and comparison.
