Seven fresh taps in Shinbashi

CRAFT BEER BAR IBREW Shinbashi Ekimae Branch has rolled out a new tap list, and this update brings seven beers with a wide range of styles. From hop-forward IPA to a clean pilsner and a mellow Helles, the lineup is built for side-by-side drinking rather than a single-direction pour.

The headliner is Chepedelic from ISM Brewing, a West Coast IPA brewed with Superdelic and Mosaic. It is described as a beer with bright citrus character and a crisp, firm bitterness. Around it sit Chuckanut Brewery's Gold Label Pils w/Yokohama Bay Brewing and Fremont Brewing's Extra Lush, giving the list both a lighter lane and a stronger, more saturated one.

The rest of the taps are equally varied: Yozora no Shimukou from Ushitora Brewery, Palis from FLORA FERMENTATION, Chirin from Yamamorido, and Helles from Shonan Beer. With black beer, Hazy IPA, Weizen, and Helles all represented, this is the kind of list that rewards tasting a few styles in sequence.

Located on the first floor of Shinbashi Ekimae Building No. 1, the venue is easy to drop into from the station area. It works well for a quick stop after work, but also for a more deliberate beer walk through a mixed tap lineup like this one.
