PEDROLINO’s Instagram post says the menu for Taco Day Vol. 2, scheduled for Saturday, June 13 and Sunday, June 14, is almost ready. The venue is a counter-focused beer pub that opens at 3:00 p.m., with craft beer and wine available in an aperitif-friendly style.

The taco menu leans into PEDROLINO’s usual approach: seasonal ingredients, braised lamb tongue, fish, salads, and even fruit-driven items. The event will be served in the restaurant’s open-kitchen setting, and the post notes that the reservation form is temporarily paused for both days, while phone calls, Instagram DMs, and in-store contact are still welcome. Walk-ins are also encouraged.

The post’s “Today’s Beers” list confirms six beers:

- `Apollo` (FLORA FERMENTATION / Shiga): hoppy pilsner, ABV 5.5%
- `Ghoul` (FLORA FERMENTATION / Shiga): hazy IPA, ABV 6.5%, newly tapped
- `パパざるラガー` (Minoh Beer / Osaka): dark lager, ABV 5.0%
- `EARL GREY TEA Infused Lambiek` (Oud Beersel / Belgium): straight lambic with Earl Grey, ABV 6.8%
- `ヴァイツェン` (Mojiko Beer / Fukuoka): Hefeweizen, ABV 5.5%
- `YUZU PEEL Infused Lambiek` (Oud Beersel / Belgium): straight lambic with yuzu, ABV 6.8%

The range runs from pilsner and hazy IPA to dark lager and lambic, giving the taco lineup a broad set of pairings rather than a single fixed direction.
