The brewpub Yamorido, located in Nakayokakecho, Fushimi Ward, Kyoto City, announced the release of its American IPA Ushigoroshi in an Instagram post. The post also referenced discontinued labels Fushimi no Chou Akaoni and Diguru, while noting the switch to a new tap lineup.
This version of Ushigoroshi is an American IPA, with ABV 6.0% / IBU 52. The yeast used is BRY-97, and the hops are Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra, and HBC682.
